Bourgonjon is a Ghent family business dating back to 1926, when Charles-Louis Buyle and Martha Sarens opened a butcher shop. Four generations later, Bourgonjon has grown into a respected meat company serving the hospitality industry exclusively. The acquisition of St. Pierre's B2B division in 2023 was a historic step that enriched the range. We are proud of this long-standing partnership — Bourgonjon understands exactly what our kitchen needs.

Every order is processed overnight and delivered chilled in the morning — fresh meat, custom-cut and kitchen-ready. The result? Charles-Louis Buyle and Martha Sarens open a butcher shop in Gentbrugge. The foundation of four generations of meat craftsmanship is laid.
